Final test station
The final test station is formed as an independent structure made of aluminum profile on which the elements of the following process modules or functional units are arranged:
- Part loading / unloading
- Electrical electronic circuit test (serial number)
- Laser marking
- Laser marking inspection
At the control and visualization level, the station is equipped with its corresponding controller (PLC) and display (HMI).
Process module # 1: WP1. Part loading / unloading
In this module it is carried out:
- Loading parts to divider table nests
- Verification of the presence of pieces in the nest
- Unloading of parts from rotary table nests
Process module # 2: WP2. Electrical electronic circuit test (serial number)
In this module it is carried out:
- Parts contacted
- Serial number reading
- Part status tracking at server level (MES)
- Electrical test
- Backup of results
Process module # 3: WP3. Laser marking
In this module it is carried out:
- Part status tracking at server level (MES)
- DMC marking and features
- Backup of results
The DCM code that is marked on the ECUs is a 5 x 5mm DCM with 25 characters with drawing information.
Process module nº 4: WP4.
In this module it is carried out:
- Part status monitoring at server level (MES)
- Inspection of DMC marking and characteristics (OCR)
- Extraction of Nok parts
- Backup of results
